How do we manage the transition from Paper to Electronic Reference sources? What are some guidelines to help us decide when to convert a paper to an eletronic subscription? Cost, Platform characteristics (training issues, visibility on library webpages, dept of coverage, update schedules, other?). Do you find this valuable?

I'm interested in an explanation of the interaction between Voyager Acquisitions and Verde; I'd also be interested in the topic of Verde's reporting capabilities. Do you find this valuable?
