Where to Stay?
I was thinking about hotels on the way home. The In-Towner is the most obvious, no? People COULD walk I guess but I don't think they will. So why settle for the In-Towner and the crappy location (not too many restaurants, busy streets, etc.)? What if we looked way out on Demming way in Middleton in that weird hotel, commercial district? It's not where I'd go for a vacation but there you have hotels, restaurants, bars and shopping all in one area. So folks would be more likely to run into each other without actually having to a)make plans with like 40 people or b)be confined to the hotel restaurant.
If people are going to drive anyway, why not? It's a straight shot down University.
Thoughts?
