Status:

5/19/09: Version 7.4 is available. We need to discuss when we want to upgrade.

6/24/08: The upgrade ran smoothly but there are some User Manager security issues. More information will be sent on that via the WI ILLiad mailing list.

5/30/08: spoke to Lisa yesterday--the upgrade date is still tentatively set for June 9 after 8 p.m. and we will need to upgrade clients the morning of June 10. One campus indicated a problem with this date, however.

5/21/08: Lisa is contacting Atlas for possible upgrade dates and will communicate this with campuses. The following campuses have implemented the new Email Manager: Colleges, Eau Claire, Green Bay, La Crosse, Madison, Milwaukee, Platteville, River Falls, Stevens Point, Stout and Whitewater. Jon Mark is waiting to hear from Superior, Oshkosh and Parkside.

4/29/08: Jon Mark Bolthouse (Colleges) is coordinating this with Lisa. This upgrade is more involved than usual due to a change in the way the email notices go out, although not as much work as the last upgrade that changed all of the web pages. Jon Mark is helping people setup the Email Manager ahead of time to make sure it works. Then we will decide on upgrade dates and Lisa will schedule it with Atlas.
