Hi All.
Happy new year. I wanted to give you all an update, as well as ask a few questions regarding the Commercial Document Delivery Program:
* I'll be sending out notices of missing p-card statements early next week. All signed p-card statements should be emailed to uwinfo@wils.wisc.edu, faxed to 608.262.6067 or sent to me directly in delivery. If you know you have not sent certain signed p-card statements, please get those to me as soon as possible
* Kathy will be sending out a report to the directors with a summary of the last six months of usage. I'll be posting this report to the CUWL wiki and will send out an email to all of you when I do so
* The cost of Wiley tokens has increased. Previously the tokens cost $10 each, but the latest set of 750 we purchased to replenish our account cost $16.50 each
* A question has come up as to the use of the program to purchase dissertations. I'll be asking the Collections & Resource Sharing Committee to discuss this at the next opportunity they have. If you have an opinion one way or another you might want to let Mary Rieder know directly
* I am going to be starting a thread with all of these emails on the Collections & Resource Sharing section of the CUWL wiki so from this point forth, you'll be able to find my emails there
