Who: all members of CUWL and the members of the Resource Discovery Task Force and the Library Management System Task Force, the four outgoing coordinating committee chairs and incoming coordinating committee chairs on day 1, only CUWL members on day 2

Facilitator: George Watson, an Internal Consultant in the Office of Quality Improvement at UW Madison.

Day 1 August 5th will be a facilitated brainstorming day with participation from all of CUWL, including directors, new and outgoing Coordinating Committee Chairs, faculty, non-voting members as well as the members of the two Taskforces: Resource Discovery and Library Management System.

Day 2 August 6th is intended for library directors only so that the results of day one can be prioritized and focused In order to synthesize the ideas presented during the brainstorming and develop a plan, it will be easier to work with the smaller group.

We hope you can arrive on the early evening of August 4th so we can have some social time and possibly dinner together before we tackle the planning early on the next day. Let's relax before we get into the tough questions.
