  • What are the key features of your plan?
  • How have you notified staff of the plan?
  • What are you doing to educate patrons about your plan?
  • How will you keep your plan updated and useful for non-flu emergencies?
  • What extra precautions are you taking (i.e. cleaning keyboards) ?
  • What issues are still unresolved?
